1. Purpose of This Policy
At SOLUTIO LLC (“SOLUTIO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we aim to deliver high-quality services and support for all clients.
This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be granted, and what steps clients must take before initiating any dispute or chargeback.
By purchasing from joinsolutio.com, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
2. Our Commitment to Support
If you experience any issue with a service, onboarding, account access, digital product, or order:

We will always attempt to:
- Understand the issue
- Provide clarity
- Offer troubleshooting
- Deliver the remaining parts of the service
- Help you achieve the expected outcome within the agreed scope
We do NOT ignore clients and we do NOT leave issues unresolved.
However, contacting us is a mandatory first step before requesting a refund or submitting any dispute through your bank or payment provider.
3. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services and digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by law.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Digital marketing services
- Advertising support, scaling, and optimization
- Campaign management
- Creative strategy, audits, or consultations
- Digital products (templates, systems, files, trainings)
- Corporation/LLC formation support services
- Facebook Agency Ad Account access
- Monthly or onboarding fees
- Any one-time service fee
- Completed or partially completed work
- Service dissatisfaction caused by client delays or missing information
When a service requires time, expertise, or resource allocation, it becomes fully earned upon purchase.
4. Before Filing a Chargeback or Payment Dispute
To protect both parties, and to ensure compliance with payment processors, clients must:
Step 1 — Contact us first
Email mouhcine@joinsolutio.com and explain the issue in detail.
Step 2 — Allow us reasonable time to review and assist
We will investigate, request additional information if needed, and work toward a fair resolution.
Step 3 — Provide any requested access or details
Many issues cannot be resolved if the client does not cooperate or provide the necessary data.
5. Prohibited Use of Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting SOLUTIO LLC and allowing us to resolve the issue is considered fraudulent misuse of the chargeback process.
By using our services, you agree that:
- Chargebacks cannot be used as a method to avoid payment
- Dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund
- Claims such as “service not as expected,” “not needed anymore,” or “results not achieved” do not qualify for refund or chargeback
- You will be responsible for all costs associated with improper disputes, including legal fees, recovery fees, and administrative charges
SOLUTIO LLC aggressively defends all invalid or unauthorized disputes and submits documented evidence to payment processors.
Improper chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of all services
- Termination of access to ad accounts or systems
- Collection actions
- Legal proceedings
6. Non-Refundable Services (Full List)
The following are strictly non-refundable:
6.1 Digital Marketing & Advertising Services
Including but not limited to:
- Campaign setup or audits
- Ads optimization, scaling, and management
- Marketing consultations
- Media buying
6.2 Facebook Agency Ad Account Access
Including:
- Access or seat fees
- Onboarding fees
- Monthly or recurring access fees
Ad account restrictions or bans—by Meta or upstream agencies—do not qualify for refunds, as they are outside our control.
6.3 Corporation / LLC Formation Assistance
Including:
- State filings
- EIN support
- Compliance guidance
- Registered agent communication
- Administrative processing
6.4 Digital Products
Including:
- Templates
- Systems
- Scripts
- Trainings
- Digital files
- Internal tools or content
Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned.
6.5 Consulting & Strategy Calls
Scheduled or unscheduled sessions are non-refundable.
7. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
A refund may be issued only if:
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake, and
- The duplication occurred due to a system or billing error on the Company’s side.
Such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment and must include proof of duplication.
Approval remains at SOLUTIO LLC’s sole discretion.
8. No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge that:
- Advertising results depend on multiple external factors
- Outcomes are not guaranteed
- Account approvals, performance, and stability are controlled by third-party platforms
- SOLUTIO LLC is not responsible for results outside our control
Refunds will not be provided for lack of expected results, performance fluctuations, or algorithm changes.
9. Service Termination
SOLUTIO LLC may terminate services without refund if:
- You violate our Terms and Conditions
- You violate advertising platform rules
- You submit fraudulent information
- You initiate a chargeback without contacting us
- You engage in high-risk or prohibited activities
Termination does not release you from payment obligations.
