If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

  • Campaign scaling, optimization, and performance management
  • Provision of access to Facebook Agency Ad Accounts or other advertising tools (when applicable)
  • Assistance with U.S. and international corporation/LLC formation
  • Digital products, templates, systems, and educational materials
  • Consulting and strategic advisory services

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age;
  2. You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  3. You are acting on behalf of yourself or a legally registered business entity;
  4. You will not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, high-risk, or prohibited activities.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client, business, or entity at our sole discretion.

4. Client Obligations

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when engaging with our services, including:

  • Business details
  • Payment information
  • Identity verification (if required)
  • Advertising accounts credentials (if requested)

4.2 Compliance

You agree to comply with:

  • All applicable laws and regulations
  • Facebook/Meta advertising policies
  • Payment processor terms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wise)
  • Local and international tax obligations

SOLUTIO LLC is not responsible for violations caused by client behavior, misrepresentation, or misuse of advertising platforms.

5. Fees, Payments, and Billing

5.1 Payment Terms

All payments for services or digital products must be made in full and upfront, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

5.2 Non-Refundable Services

Unless explicitly stated, all fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Digital products
  • Onboarding fees
  • Campaign setup fees
  • Consulting sessions
  • Corporation formation assistance
  • Agency Ad Account access fees

5.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication constitutes a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your services
  • Submit evidence to payment processors
  • Pursue legal remedies and collection proceedings

5.4 Currency & Taxes

Prices listed on the Website may not include applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

6. Advertising Accounts & Performance Disclaimer

6.1 No Performance Guarantees

While SOLUTIO LLC uses best-practice methodologies and advanced strategies, we do not guarantee any specific financial results, including:

  • Sales or conversions
  • ROAS/ROI
  • Lead volume
  • Platform approval or risk-based account decisions

Advertising performance depends on numerous external factors outside our control.

6.2 Agency Ad Accounts

When providing access to Facebook Agency Ad Accounts or similar platforms:

  • Access may be revoked at any time by Meta or the account owner
  • SOLUTIO LLC is not responsible for suspensions, bans, or platform-initiated restrictions
  • You must strictly adhere to all advertising policies

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Corporation / LLC Formation Services

When assisting with business formation:

  • We do not provide legal or tax advice
  • You are responsible for compliance with local and international requirements
  • Final approval of any formation application depends on third parties (state agencies, banks, payment processors)

SOLUTIO LLC is not liable for rejections or delays caused by third-party institutions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, templates, designs, trademarks, and digital products on the Website are the exclusive property of SOLUTIO LLC.

You agree not to:

  • Copy
  • Redistribute
  • Resell
  • Reproduce
  • Modify
  • Claim ownership of

any intellectual property belonging to SOLUTIO LLC.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Business strategies
  • Advertising data
  • Client information
  • Proprietary systems
  • Access credentials
  • Agency Ad Account data

All confidential information must remain private unless disclosure is required by law.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Fraudulent or misleading business practices
  • High-risk products or illegal activities
  • Selling counterfeit or unlicensed goods
  • Trademark violations
  • Pornography or adult content
  • Financial schemes
  • Gambling or betting services
  • Any activity prohibited by Meta, Stripe, PayPal, or other service providers

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLUTIO LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Business interruption
  • Suspension of advertising accounts
  • Rejection by banks, payment processors, or platforms
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLUTIO LLC, its directors, employees, partners, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your breach of platform advertising policies
  • Your misrepresentation or unlawful conduct

13. Termination

SOLUTIO LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any service, product, or account without refund if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You violate advertising platform policies
  • You pose a financial or reputational risk
  • Fraud or chargeback activity is detected

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

14. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Website and will replace previous versions. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and where applicable, the laws of the state in which SOLUTIO LLC is registered.

Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
